Product names collide across holders, countries and decades, so identity here is the register’s own AMM number. The holder is the register’s titulaire field; no manufacturer is inferred from a brand or a website.
An authorisation applies in France and nowhere else. It says nothing about whether the European Union has approved the active substances a product contains, which is a separate decision.
16,311 products are recorded as currently authorised. A further 19,968 products are held with a withdrawal date and are deliberately not listed — a register that showed only current products could not show that a product was ever withdrawn.
